// TERMS OF SERVICE

The terms on which DoHQ is provided

Effective 20 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and DoHQ, Melbourne, Australia ("DoHQ", "we", "us") for your use of the DoHQ application at app.dohq.it, its API, its command-line tool and its Telegram connection (together, "the app"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these terms.

1. Early release and invitation

The app is in early release. Access is by invitation, features change often, and we may add, change or withdraw features without notice while we build it. We will tell you in the app about changes that affect how your data is handled before they take effect.

2. Your account

3. Connected services

The app works by connecting to services you already use, such as Google Workspace, Xero, Freshdesk, Asana, Slack and GitHub. When you connect a service you authorise the app to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you confirm that you are entitled to grant them, including for data that belongs to your business, your clients or your colleagues. Each service has its own terms, which continue to apply. You can disconnect any service at any time in Settings or by revoking the app's access with that service.

4. Your content

You own the content you put into the app and the content the app reads from your connected services. You give us the licence we need to store, process, display and transmit that content in order to run the app for you, and no more. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it. Our use of data from Google is also governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as set out in the privacy policy.

5. AI desks and what they do

The app uses AI models to read, draft, summarise, classify and propose. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Before the app sends a message, books or changes an event, creates an invoice, updates a ticket or takes any other action in a connected service, it acts only on your instruction, and the instruction and the act are written to a record you can read. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for checking drafts and proposals before you approve them. The app does not give legal, financial, tax or accounting advice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the app to:

7. Fees

Any fees for the app are as agreed with you in writing. If no fees have been agreed, the app is provided without charge during early release. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any fee applies to your account.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the app available and we back up its database daily, but we do not promise uninterrupted service during early release. Support is by email at [email protected].

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or on 30 days' notice for any other reason. On ending, we delete your account and the personal information held against it as the privacy policy describes.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, the app is provided as is during early release; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity; and our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in that period, or AUD 100 if you paid none.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for a material change, tell you in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that date is acceptance of the new terms.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. Contact us at [email protected] or through the contact page.
