One place where your business operations actually run
DoHQ is a work operations app for small businesses and the operators who run them. It connects the tools you already use, reads what is happening across them, and turns it into a board of work, a set of signals about what is waiting on you, and a connected memory of your clients, people and decisions.
AI desks inside DoHQ draft replies, file mail, book meetings, raise invoices and chase what is overdue. They act only on your instruction, and everything they do is written to a record you can read.
Four things, every day
A board of work
Cards for everything that needs doing, grouped by client engagement, moving from inbox to drafting to building to review to done.
Signals about what waits
An invoice past the 21-day line, a reply nobody sent, a ticket sitting unanswered, a card approved but not started. DoHQ says how long it has waited and what to do.
A connected memory
People, companies, mail, meetings, documents and decisions, linked to each other so a question about a client is answered from everything you hold about them.
Desks that act on your word
Mail, money, research, client delivery and the diary each have a desk. A desk proposes, you approve, it acts and reports back.
The tools you already run on
- Google Workspace
Sign-in, Calendar, Contacts, Drive and Gmail. Each is a separate choice you make in Settings, and each can be disconnected on its own.
- Xero
Invoices, receivables and the bank position, so cash you have earned but not collected is never a surprise.
- Helpdesk and tasks
Freshdesk tickets, Asana and Teamwork tasks, so client delivery shows beside your own work.
- Chat, code and meetings
Slack, GitHub, Telegram and meeting recorders (Fathom, Otter, Granola, Wispr Flow), so what was said and agreed is on the record.
What DoHQ asks Google for, and why
When you connect a Google account, Google shows you exactly which permissions DoHQ is asking for. This is what each one is used for. The full detail, including how data is stored, shared and deleted, is in the privacy policy.
- Sign in with Google
- Your Google account's identifier and email address identify you when you sign in. Nothing else is read for sign-in.
- Google Calendar
- DoHQ reads your events to show your diary, link meetings to the people and work they belong to, and tell you when something is due. It creates, moves, cancels or responds to events only when you ask it to.
- Google Contacts
- DoHQ looks people up so mail, meetings and tickets land against the right person. It changes a contact only when you ask it to.
- Google Drive (read-only)
- DoHQ searches Google's own index of the folders you tick, and reads a file only when you ask about it or have ticked its folder as context. It never writes to Drive.
- Gmail
- DoHQ reads your mail to find what is waiting on you, files and labels messages, and sends replies when you ask it to. Deleting mail permanently is not possible: that permission is never requested.
DoHQ's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
DoHQ is built and operated by DoHQ in Melbourne, Australia, and is run on DoHQ's own business first. Access is by invitation while it is in early release. Get in touch if you want to be part of it.
